سوالات اسپیکینگ آیلتس درباره‌ی تکنولوژی (Technology)
تکنولوژی از پرتکرارترین موضوع‌های پارت ۳ اسپیکینگ است و در پارت ۱ هم به شکل سؤال درباره‌ی گوشی، اینترنت و اپلیکیشن‌ها می‌آید. در این موضوع خطر اصلی کلی‌گویی است: «تکنولوژی خوب و بد دارد». جواب‌های زیر نشان می‌دهند چطور با یک مثال مشخص از این کلیشه فرار کنی.

پارت ۱: سؤال‌ها و جواب نمونه
پارت ۱ چهار تا پنج دقیقه طول می‌کشد و سؤال‌هایش درباره‌ی زندگی روزمره‌ی خودت است. جواب ایده‌آل دو تا سه جمله است: جواب مستقیم، یک دلیل و یک جزئیات.
1How often do you use your phone?
Sample answer
Far too often, probably. It's the first thing I check in the morning, and I use it for almost everything during the day, from messaging friends to paying bills. I've recently started leaving it in another room while I study, though, because it's a huge distraction.
2Which apps do you use most?
Sample answer
Apart from messaging apps, I'd say a dictionary app and a map app. I look up words several times a day while I'm preparing for IELTS, and I honestly don't know how I'd get around Tehran without navigation.
3Do you think you spend too much time online?
Sample answer
Probably, yes. When I checked my screen time last month, it was nearly five hours a day, which shocked me. A lot of that is useful, like studying, but a good hour is just scrolling without any real purpose.
4Did you use computers much when you were a child?
Sample answer
Not much. We had one old desktop computer at home that the whole family shared, and I mainly used it to play simple games. I only got my own laptop when I started university.
5Is there any technology you couldn't live without?
Sample answer
My phone, unfortunately. I'd like to say I could manage without it, but my bank, my university and my friends all rely on it, so it's become a necessity rather than a choice.
پارت ۲: کیو کارت

The piece of technology I'd like to describe is a map and navigation app on my phone. It's not very exciting, but it's probably the app I'd miss most if I lost it.
I started using it about four years ago, when I moved to Tehran for university. I'd grown up in a much smaller city, and in my first week I got completely lost twice trying to find my faculty, so a friend suggested I install it.
I use it in a few different ways. Obviously I use it to find addresses, but more importantly I use it to check the traffic before I leave home. It shows which roads are blocked and estimates how long the journey will take by car or by metro, so I can decide which is faster. I also use it to find places nearby, like a pharmacy that's open late or a café where I can study.
The main reason I find it useful is that it saves me a lot of time and stress. In a city with traffic as unpredictable as Tehran's, knowing that a journey will take forty minutes instead of twenty helps me plan my whole day. It has also made me more confident about exploring parts of the city I didn't know, because I know I can always find my way back.
چرا این جواب کار می‌کند؟
- جواب با اعتراف به معمولی بودن شروع می‌شود (It's not very exciting, but…). این لحن طبیعی است و نشان می‌دهد نیازی نیست موضوع خاصی انتخاب کنی.
- بولت «چطور استفاده می‌کنی» با سه کاربرد مشخص جواب داده شده و هر کدام با Obviously، more importantly و also وصل شده‌اند.
- ساختارهای مقایسه‌ای مثل as unpredictable as و forty minutes instead of twenty به تنوع گرامری کمک میکنند.
پارت ۳: سؤال‌های بحث
پارت ۳ از تجربه‌ی شخصی به موضوع‌های کلی‌تر می‌رود. ممتحن نظر و دلیل می‌خواهد، پس جواب‌ها بلندترند: نظرت، دلیل، مثال و گاهی طرف مقابل ماجرا.
1Has technology made people's lives better?
Sample answer
Overall, yes, especially in practical terms. Things like online banking and video calls save people huge amounts of time, and families living in different countries can see each other every day. On the other hand, it has created new problems, like constant distraction and less face-to-face contact, so the benefits depend a lot on how people use it.
2Should children be allowed to have smartphones?
Sample answer
I think it depends on the age. For young children, I'd say no, because they can't really control how much time they spend on them. For teenagers, a phone is almost essential socially, but parents should set clear rules, like no phones at the dinner table or after a certain time at night.
3Will artificial intelligence replace many jobs in the future?
Sample answer
It will certainly replace some tasks, particularly repetitive ones such as data entry or basic customer service. However, I think it's more likely to change jobs than to eliminate them completely. People who learn to work with AI tools will probably do better than those who ignore them.
4How has technology changed education?
Sample answer
The biggest change is access. Students can now watch lessons from the best teachers in the world for free, and practise things like listening and vocabulary with apps. The downside is that self-study requires a lot of discipline, and many students still need a teacher to give them feedback and keep them motivated.

اشتباه‌های رایج فارسی‌زبان‌ها
غلط:I use from my phone every day.
درست:I use my phone every day.
«استفاده کردن از» در انگلیسی حرف اضافه ندارد.
غلط:The technology has changed our life.
درست:Technology has changed our lives.
برای مفهوم کلی technology بدون the می‌آید و «زندگی‌مان» جمع است.
غلط:I searched many informations.
درست:I found a lot of information.
information غیرقابل‌شمارش است و جمع بسته نمی‌شود.
پرسش‌های متداول
اسم اپلیکیشنهای ایرانی را بگویم؟
اشکالی ندارد، ولی ممتحن احتمالاً آنها را نمیشناسد. بهتر است بگویی چه کاری میکنند، مثلاً a local map app یا an Iranian messaging app.
درباره‌ی هوش مصنوعی چه لغت‌هایی بلد باشم؟
artificial intelligence، automate، replace، repetitive tasks و AI tools پایه‌ی بیشتر جواب‌ها هستند. مهم‌تر از لغت، داشتن یک نظر روشن با یک مثال است.
در پارت ۳ حتماً باید موافق یا مخالف باشم؟
نه. جواب «بستگی دارد» کاملاً قابل قبول است، به شرطی که بگویی به چه چیزی بستگی دارد و برای هر طرف مثال بزنی.
